A man was arrested last week for allegedly selling illegal drugs from his home, police said.
Police allege that the man, a 27-year-old who was arrested last week and charged with a offence under section 18 of the Criminal Code, was buying and selling illegal drugs to customers.
The arrested man was identified as Anthony T. G. Burch, of Coughton, near Whitehall in Surrey on March 31, after he had been arrested on a previous tip-off.
T. Burch was last seen taking drugs from his home in Surrey on April 13. He is now facing a charge of selling the drugs.
He was originally charged with possession of a controlled substance. However, he was later found not to have the drugs. Police believe he may have purchased drugs from his home.
A search of his home revealed a bag of drugs containing two tablets of Viagra and one tablet of Cialis.
Burch has pleaded not guilty to a charge of selling drugs.
The investigation has also uncovered a further three drugs found at his home.
The case was investigated by a team led by Police.
Burch has been charged with selling controlled drugs.
He faces a maximum penalty of two years in jail.
Burch has previously been jailed for three years for the offence.
